Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use the tPanel Solution website. Last updated: 5 July 2026.

These terms govern your use of tpanelsolution.com.au, operated by tPanel Pty Ltd trading as tPanel Solution (ABN 40 167 463 854), Sydney, Australia. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Questions about these terms can be sent to service@tpanel.com.au.

01

Website Content Is General Information

The content on this website — including guides, pricing ranges, timelines and technical explanations — is general information about custom software development, not advice for your specific situation. Pricing figures are indicative ranges, not quotes. Whether a custom system suits your business, and what it will cost, depends on scope that can only be established through a direct conversation.

02

Client Engagements Are Governed by Separate Agreements

Nothing on this website creates a services engagement. When tPanel takes on a project, the scope, price, timeline, intellectual property and support terms are set out in a written proposal or services agreement for that project, and that document — not this website — governs the engagement.

03

Intellectual Property

The content of this website — text, guides, images, branding and code — is owned by tPanel Pty Ltd unless otherwise noted. You may read, link to and quote reasonable excerpts of this website with attribution. You may not republish whole pages, use the content to market a competing service as your own, or use the tPanel name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement.

04

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website. That includes:

  • Submitting spam, malicious content or deliberately false information through the contact form.
  • Attempting to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its hosting.
  • Scraping the site at a volume that degrades it for other users.
05

Third-Party Links and Services

This website links to third-party sites (such as LinkedIn) and uses third-party services (Formspree, Google Analytics, Vercel — see the Privacy Policy). tPanel does not control those sites and services and is not responsible for their content or conduct.

06

Liability and Australian Consumer Law

tPanel keeps this website accurate and available with reasonable care, but provides it "as is" and does not warrant that it is error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, tPanel is not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content or from interruptions to the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

07

Changes and Governing Law

tPanel may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes are subject to the courts of New South Wales.
