One order hub for Everau’s sales channels
Everau’s staff were downloading orders, preparing files for warehouses and copying tracking numbers back to sales channels. Each extra channel added more manual work.
What tPanel built

Goldenroo had its own brand and store design. It needed a Shopify theme that could match it.
What tPanel built
tPanel built the theme in Liquid, with shop-by-pet navigation, product information sections and structured product data. Custom sections reduced the need for page-builder apps.
Support workers recorded progress notes on their phones. Office staff then had to organise them for reporting and review.
What tPanel built
tPanel built a mobile web app for recording notes and a backend where AI helps structure the information. Staff review the records before using them in claims or audits.

MorrowVault helps people check in with family or friends and arrange how selected messages and documents are shared after a period without a check-in.
What tPanel built
tPanel designed the app around a daily slide-to-check-in action, trusted circles and a vault. Notifications and sharing follow the user’s chosen quiet-day settings.
Daily check-in, trusted circles and a personal vault
This custom order hub cut our repetitive manual work by around 80%, so we can spend more time on the product itself. tPanel has also been very responsive — every issue we had was resolved very quickly.
We've worked with tPanel for more than ten years, starting with the development of a sales CRM and continuing to evolve it ever since. During that time, the team has delivered major product builds, integrations, automations and companion applications, tackling complex technical challenges with professionalism and expertise. They have always been responsive, accountable and easy to work with. tPanel consistently delivers high-performing, reliable and secure solutions, making them a trusted long-term partner.
The tPanel team deliver quality software at a reasonable price, providing real value. They support what they build, which is the element that makes the solution a success. The level of skill and ability to manage complex cloud environments and complex APIs is high. The team is very much aware of how to build secure platforms that protect client information from unauthorised access. The commitment to prompt problem resolution is very high. I would recommend tPanel.
Huge thanks to tPanel for developing our Order Hub system! The automation has saved our team countless hours and cut down so much manual work - highly recommended to any business looking to boost efficiency! :)

FAQ
Questions about these projects
Want to see something closer to your own workflow? Get in touch.
Is this everything tPanel has built?
No. These are five selected projects. Much of tPanel’s work is internal software, and some clients prefer to keep their systems private.
Are these real projects and screenshots?
Yes. These are client projects shared with each client’s permission. The product screenshots come from systems tPanel designed and built, with client data blurred or anonymised where it appears. The background image in the After launch section is a generated illustration. Protecting clients and their users comes first.
What industries does tPanel work with?
These examples cover retail, e-commerce, property sales, disability services and consumer mobile apps. tPanel also develops systems for professional services and operations teams.
Can I see a live demonstration?
Where client confidentiality allows, tPanel can show a relevant system during a call. Tell us which workflow you would like to see.
How long does a project like these take?
It depends on the scope. We agree the first useful version, integrations and testing before setting a schedule. Larger systems can grow through several releases. Particle’s first release launched in May 2018 and has continued to evolve; tPanel’s relationship with Scott and Bryn began at Yellow Brick Road in March 2016.
Does tPanel provide support after launch?
Yes. tPanel still supports the systems shown here. Support can include fixes, hosting, monitoring, integration maintenance and further development. Coverage is agreed for each project.
