Based in Sydney. Working across Australia.

You do not need to be in Sydney to work with tPanel. We work remotely with businesses across Australia, including Melbourne and other interstate locations. Our team is based in Sydney; remote delivery is how we work together across cities.

Whether you need a website, a SaaS platform, a business system, automation or an SEO review, we start by understanding the work and agreeing how to collaborate. Explore our services to find the right starting point.

How we stay in touch

Email for day-to-day communication

We use email to discuss requirements, share questions and keep the conversation in writing. Include the relevant page, screen or workflow so we can understand what you are referring to.

Microsoft Teams for conversations and walkthroughs

When a conversation or demonstration is useful, we can meet on Microsoft Teams. You can walk us through the current workflow; we can discuss the work as it develops.

Progress meetings that fit your time zone

One or two progress catch-ups a week can be arranged. We agree meeting times across cities and time zones, including daylight saving differences.

Phone for urgent matters

For urgent matters, call +61 470 584 173. Ongoing support coverage is defined by the service you agree with us.

Your part in the project

Bring the real problem

Tell us what you want to improve, which tools you use and who does the work. Existing screens, examples and questions help us discuss the practical requirements.

Confirm the scope

We clarify the workflow and what needs to be delivered. Once the scope of a development project is confirmed, we provide a fixed-price quote for that scope.

Review work in stages

We build in focused stages and discuss progress with you. Use the catch-ups to review what has been built, raise questions and discuss any change to the agreed scope.

Agree the handover

We discuss the checks and handover needed for the agreed deliverables. For custom development, you own the source code and IP, as set out in the agreement. Continued support is agreed separately.

When an on-site visit helps

Some work benefits from seeing what happens inside your business. For an AI automation project, for example, we may need to observe daily work and talk with the people doing it before defining the solution.

When that first-hand understanding is needed, we arrange a visit together. For an agreed visit requiring flights, the client only needs to cover the airfare as the travel expense.

Handover and continued support

The collaboration stays practical after delivery: agree what needs ongoing care and which support arrangement fits the website or system. Remote delivery does not automatically include a maintenance plan.

See website maintenance for websites, or system hosting and maintenance for custom applications. For the development stages themselves, read our development process guide.

Questions about working remotely

Can you work with a business in Melbourne or another state?

Yes. tPanel is based in Sydney and works remotely with clients across Australia. We agree communication and meeting arrangements for your location; you do not need to be in Sydney.

Do we need to travel to Sydney?

You do not need to travel to Sydney for remote communication and progress meetings. We use email, phone and Microsoft Teams. If the work needs an on-site visit to your business, we arrange that together.

How often can we discuss progress?

One or two progress catch-ups a week can be arranged. The timing is agreed together across cities and time zones, with email used for day-to-day communication.

Can a remotely delivered project have a fixed price?

Yes. Once the scope of a development project is confirmed, we provide a fixed-price quote for that scope. Remote delivery does not replace the need to understand the workflow and agree the deliverables first.
